Sorry for the "It is a "Variax" by Line 6" reply. I didn't actually register that it was you senn416 when I replied.
I have been asked, so many times, what type of Guitar this is, ( HEY DUDE!!!...where are your pickups????) that my default reply is...well..."It is a "Variax" by Line 6"...Ha ha

I used the Strat model set on Bridge/middle, then just messed about till I got a sound I liked from the Amp ( as we do... Ha ha)

I was just curious which "variax model" you were using on this tune. It's a really great tone!

Sweet!

I'm not much of an Elvis fan, but that was very cool. What guitar model are you using here?

I like that a lot and would happily listen to you play the full 3 minutes and a bit version. I could then sneakily copy the sound for one of my videos!
Thank you very much (I tried to write that in an Elvis voice, but it looks the same)

Am I to understand that you were playing the same chords on separate videos (one barre version and the other open)? What would be the point? To showcase more than one way to play or...? Just wondering. :)

One is the main part from the recorded version, the other is what is also being played on the original by a second Guitarist ( there is probably also a 3rd guitar in the original mix as well).
The second part (open position chords) can be used for the "Fine young cannibals" cover of "Suspicious minds".
