Marianne Faithfull did not write this song, Barry Reynolds did. He worked with both Grace Jones and Marianne Faithfull during their artistic/commercial peaks in the early '80s, playing guitar for them, writing songs for them and co-writing songs with them.
On a side note, if you want a great record, hunt down Reynolds' sole LP, "I Scare Myself." It's very tough to find (I don't think it was released on CD) but worth the search. Faithfull co-wrote a handful of the songs on it. Just a heads-up!
