The Serbs were only able to bring one down because NATO-imposed mission rules limited the F-117s to certain routes to their targets, thereby compromising their stealthiness.
They should have been called B-117. They had no air-to-air capability whatsoever.

@danijeltomicPFC Ok so one country by chance shot down, in 1999, a stealth aircraft which demolished Iraq's defenses. Not to mention that it has been retired due to new designs too complex for you to understand.
