California has tried this green jobs revolution and is now bankrupt. They have lost 21% of their manufacturing jobs since 2000, their electricity rates are 50% higher than in the Midwest, and taxes are sky high. California's unemployment rate is 11.5% now and in the last 2 years, over 2 million people have moved to other states. And this is the model that Obama points to for his "green jobs" program. Green jobs, indeed!
