It was $100K to drill AND complete the well. I am one of the investors in this well and others we drilled in the area. The forth well we drilled after this one came in at about 50 barrels a day!

Too bad I don't own the MINERAL RIGHTS below me, I only own as far down as the top of the oil is. I live in Brea, CA where shell oil is king.

Even at $50 a barrel this well would be paid off in less than 2 years and the rest is pure profit. We all know the price of oil is just teasing us at the moment anyway and will go back up.

Hey MJB, your fiance? Get a ring on her before she dumps you!

my fiance, has oil in her back yourd and she called One of the major oil company's and they came and bought out her land for millions of dollars ,Yes it was in the millions..... so why try and do this your self? Just by getting a mire 3 barrels a day? and getting chump change?

They are going to drill 4 more wells.Eventually the profit will add up to be more than what a major oil company would pay for the land. How do you think the big oil companies started out? They all started small like this and worked their way to the top!
