PRIDE Solidarity: 14:00 Saturday 16 April Day of Silence flashmob up and down Nevsky Prospekt, the historic and central boulevard of St Petersburg, Russia. Lasting about 1 hour, 1km up one side and 1km back down the other side distributing leaflets to interested passers-by. Many people were interested, even positive, even a few joined the flashmob and helped distribute leaflets. Some police stopped us and asked us what we were doing but when it was clear that everything was legal, one policeman became friendly and chatty and even took a few souvenir photos.
