I bet it was IP or mybe even some IA dumb fucks. You had to worry more about them then the enemy, because the enemy would shoot a burst of fire at you and run like hell or it would be a sniper and if he misses once thank the lord and get cover. So the rate of Fire and how uncontrolled it was I would still say IP or IA. Dam they have always been that retarded.

@TheBoxerBoi No, it was a failed attempt to kidnap the Prime Minister of Iraq's family from a house about 1/4 mile away. Then they fought their way through the IP checkpoint just north of our barracks, took cover in houses and started working toward the north gate of our base. They didn't expect a Company of MP's to be sitting on the rooftops watching the whole thing unfold and waiting for them.

Im not sure when this video was taken but there was a Iraqi checkpoint and training ground in that direction. There was also a U.S. COP in the direction you guys were firing. Theres also another Iraqi post to the far right. So Im not exactly sure what you guys were exactly shooting at.
