For the most part. The right side is close to the viewer (things are bigger when they're closer) and the left side is farther back. The clock/window and stuff on the wall on the right side are built smaller than the ones on the left so they appear to be the same size (since they're closer and would appear bigger if the wall was slanted and they were the same size.)
