Fighting taffic tickets. 3 decades of red muscle cars for daily drivers has made me somewhat of an expert. I have gotten off the last 15 tickets in a row using the technique in this video. You can't buy this kind of knowledge.

I hope it helps you out.

Leave any questions in the comment section - I'll try to respond to all of them.

  • Or how about owning up to your actions like a man.

  • @liftedv8 Your daily driver obviously isn't a red muscle car. I get half a dozen tickets every year for nothing at all. Cops make up shit just because they are assholes. I should just own up to these?

  • You say: "...I like going to court." in one of your comments. So, why would YOU be opposed to crown's request for an adjournment? Why would YOU lie in front of a judge? Seems to me that the court allowed for your first adjournment (as per your instruction in the video), why not return the favor? Also, you talk about 'winning' and 'losing', shouldn't it be about 'justice', and 'getting away with breaking the law'?

  • @theedster123 If you hate me and my videos so much, why would you sit through my 13 minute video? I have an 11 second vid, might be more in line with your intellect.

  • Actually any non-monochromatic car (black, white, grey, silver) is like a piece of meat to any cop. The color red or any other warm color speaks of exoticism which in turn stimulates cops to assume you're bound to break the law (more than likely speed). I've been pulled over while going with the flow of traffic, 40/30, (5 o'clock traffic jam) and cop said he had to pull someone over. 56 seems to be their favorite number to slap on the citation, at minimum. I fight every ticket. 8 won, 2 lost.

  • Thumbs up for daily driver muscle cars. I got my Chevelle when I was 17 and she's been my every day driver for 24 years. Except when I have had my license suspended for too many tickets.

  • I want your house and garage

  • Other than having muscle cars that the RCMP or Vancouver Police love to pull over, having a red car of any kind affects your ICBC insurance rates.

  • Good deal man. I drive a dark red 65 mustang and I live in a college town. Its like a neon sign for cops, This helps

  • @540merlin Should move to Texas man, every time I get pulled over here I usually get (nice car, just keep it under 100mph). And yes I live in the city of DFW (Dallas Fort Worth)

  • @liftedv8 I see where you're coming from, but it's not like he's driving drunk and hitting pedestrians. He's just getting speeding/noise violations.

  • @540merlin I can understand that. I was picking someone up at the airport (yes I driver a ford, not a mustang). Green fairlane, got a ticket for excessive speed, noise violation, lane change violation. In one go. They will try to write as many as they can so one can stick.

  • @540merlin LOl this is funny . I used to drive a red 89 vette with a very mean 460 big block in it noit as mean as your camaro but still 620 hp with out the nitrous was always getting pulled over for all kinds of stupid stuff .... Now I drive a 62 Impala 4dr yes 4DR gold/light tan very much a gandma looking car except for the rims and tires , but under the hood Im running a 468 with 780 hp and a 275 shot of nitrous .... I never get pulled over anymore . you should try it GO SLEEPER

  • So hey Dave, Ima try to do this ticket thing, I only have a regular 91 Z28 305 Camaro but I think I can manage to get a ticket, then dispute it using you're techniques, I hope I get out of it cause I dont wanna end up paying $300 bucks for speeding lol, which I did once before $365, If only I would of seen this video before.. I will remember "a judge determines who has the best case, not the thruth".. wish me luck.. lol
