Among the many things I wish about John Lennon is that he'd recorded something like this about Paul -- they really were like brothers -- fighting sometimes but with an underlying bond that was forever. You were taken from us too soon, John (almost exactly 29 years ago now.. unbelievable) Beautiful video, LJC... very very nice! Thank you for posting this.

There are some who think that John may have actually wrote "Jealous Guy" for Paul. Paul has even said so in an interview before.

Oh THANK YOU SO MUCH for this video!

Paul and John had so much early tragedy in their lives-losing their mothers for instance-they really DID bond over Music.

I remember Paul saying he was SO THANKFUL the very last conversation he had with John was long, pleasant, they talked@ John's Aunt Mimi and her cats and that he thanked Heaven for small mercies such as that last conversation. Great post. They really did love one another.

@JohnCee754 I wish so too, but I just don't think John was that kind of person. However, listen to 'Starting Over' from Double Fantasy. It's known in the industry that song was for Paul, and it's beautiful.

Wow.. really? I'd never heard that... I know "Jealous Guy" started out as a song called "Child Of Nature" but I'd never heard that he was thinking of Paul when he revised the lyric... interesting...
