To cook zucchini, use a skillet, onions, butter and garlic. Place the skillet on the stove at medium heat, add an eighth of a cup of butter, small onion pieces, medium zucchini slices and garlic, cooking until the zucchini is golden brown as described by a chef in this free video on cooking.

sometimes i like to let the chopped up onion steam in a little bit of water so they come out soft (and actually taste better) and then add in all the other ingredients ;) good recipe anyways!
