u might want to consider walking more than a half a mile if your trying to lose weight or sign up for a marathon.

Today is my fourth day doing McKenna's 4 Golden Rules. I've been dieting and binging since I was 13. I have come to realize that I never would have gotten fat if I had never dieted in the first place. I have tons of "forbidden food" in the house right now and I am not binging on it! I seem to be losing my obsession with food. I am learning to eat like a thin person finally.

Good luck! I discovered the show lastnight while flipping through the channels. I was intrigued since I had heard all this stuff before, just not explained so well. I started this morning and guess what I had a for breakfast? A cherry fritter! Three bites and I couldn't stand it anymore. I tasted the grease and even a burned flavor. Yuck! Lots of water and HALF a bowl of tomato bisque soup for lunch. Cool, huh?

Yes, I agree that I've heard almost all of his tips/rules before, but he really did present it well. He mentioned that about the taste of the food seeming different, so that's cool. In some respects I feel like I've been eating like a pig today, but my food choices have been good ones, and I've stopped when full - what a concept! :-)
