  • You make that evironmentally-friendly safe decision to take the bus. To be cold in the winter because you're saving Mother Earth.

I have a better idea - why don't we seriously question and start speaking out against the corporations mongering?

  • You don't see too often large manufacturing plants being shutdown, while all employees are fired or layed off; you don't see jets being grounded because; you will not see enconomy growth slowed at the cost of cutting corporations ability to produce through conservation; you don't see any fewer bombs being dropped because corporations and their money control your government's decisions, your everyday life and our planet. So go ahead:

  • This is nothing more than corporations profiteering at the cost of you and I. They want the hydro you use, the recycled waste you pay to dispose, the ability to produce emissions while overall, emissions stay constant. They want to use more, while you use less, so corporations can use what you cut back on, to sell back to you - products.

  • HAve you ever noticed that it is always the everyday man or woman that is being asked to "ride" not drive. To use less energy.

Have you ever noticed it's you or I, that needs to produce less waste? To recycle.

Have you ever noticed it's you or I, that must pay higher prices for gas, for food or just to live?

  • thanks for the info. but what if an act like this get people to change their ways by the dozen and reduce lot more emissions thereby saving lot more than what's wasted on these few polythene sheets?

say greenpeace ships too contribute towards global warming but the good that their actions bring far outweighs the little damage they cause...

    just my thoughts :)

  • Except the reports I have read says that recycling plastic cost more money and takes more energy than to make new. So by making these bears out of plastic, they are contributing to the very cause they are fighting for.

  • ride don't drive is lil weird...so is it ok to use a 1000cc+ motorbike to haul yourself around???

  • recycled?

nice idea to get a message across to people in more human/engaging way :)

  • This is a nice video, but what happens to the plastic after they are done?
