I think so too. The gates normally open about ten seconds after the train has finish crossing over the road.

@Welwyn22 Some Half barrier level crossings are operated by a timer. Once the timer has been set no matter where the train is, the barrier's go up. Give network rail a call. They'll come and sort it out!

That's better, still a tiny bit shaky, but better.
Why did the barriers go up when the train hadn't even cleared the crossing?

Its always done that, i think its because the sensors in the track that activate the crossing are too close to the actual crossing.
