@Kaelan66 Most colleges warm up with a lot of stretches, core and plyo's, flexibility routines. Well most top notch teams do, my brother plays for Villanova, he tells me all kinds of things they do. All to help you become a better player.

Hey Ed, nice job my man! I agree with my man below, you gotta get out of the weight room sometimes and just go raw dog (thats what we call it down south) aka good old fashioned training
