It's a hack of how to hack your own pokemon game. Sorry it's soooooo blurry. Here are the steps how to get it.

Requirements:
Vba
Pokemon Rom
Winrar

Step 1:
Go to google.com and search whack hack. Click the first link.
Step 2:
Scroll down until you see Tools GBA. Then click it.
Step 3:
Scroll down til u see advance map. Click Descargar
Step 4:
Go to your desktop and click on am1 (Advance Map) click am1 open up advancemap.exe(its an apllication type)
Step 5:
Agree to terms
Step 6:
Open up a rom of your choice i used pokemon emerald.
Step 7:
click on file nni or the file on top. Then click on your location you want to edit.
Then everything is pretty staight forward rom there. Enjoy hacking.
