Seishun Quiz: Colorful Highschool is an arcade game released in 2003 by Namco.
In various aspects, it resembles a lot to THE iDOLM@STER, including the same character designer Toshiyuki Kubooka (Lunar, Giant Robo...).

The girls are:
Blue hair: Miku Kanzaki (voice: Megumi Nasu)
Blonde hair: Ayaka Kujou (voice: Chiaki Takahashi)
Orange hair: Megumi Shishido (voice: Chiwa Saitou)
Dark pink hair: Marie Takamura (voice: Kana Ueda)
