Had the same injury, twice, I ride MX, it's a common injury, dislocated wrist, break and some fractures, the feeling is similar to a real bad tooth ache (only now it's in your arm), the worst part is seeing your arm all bent like that, pain doesn't last long depending on how fast you get to hospital, get drugged up on morphine, inhale an entire tank of Entonox, go into surgery, wake up 5 hours later feeling weak farting out fluids, good times.
