Congress needs to fund IDEIA at the promised 40%. They have broken that promise with evey reauthorization. Education takes resources, and that means people and materials. Congress can pass all the unfunded mandates they can think of, but the reality is that without enough money students' needs will continue to be unmet. Also, students often drop out of school for reasons that have nothing to do with school. Parents need to take responsibility for what their children do outside of school.

Loved this video. Very straight forward and to the point. The percentages that were given tells us why RTI is so important. Gives great visual graphs.
