  • Here is the CrossFit advanced version

    25 weighted Chest to Bar gymnastics pullups, 20# vest

    50 power clean, 135

    50 ring pushups or plyo pushups

    50 Squat Snatch, 40#, alternating

    25 Thrusters, 95#

    25 Sit up presses on GHD (Full GHD situps)

    50 Sumo Deadlift high pull into upright row, 95

    25 burpee pullups with 20# vest.

    Good thing you chimed in bro. Im pretty sure from now on he'll take your advice and stick to heavy weight and low reps.

  • i just turned 19 and i look better than that. most routines that require a shit-ton of work give shit results. also, muscle milk has heavy metal poisoning.

  • ive been doing this workout for a while now.. lov eit ...feel super strong and fit... my only question is do you do 50x one arm snatches on each arm, or do oyu do 50 total (25 each arm). Ive been doing 50 each... so maybe thats whats killin my time haha

  • urghh i feel for this guy at 9:00 we have to do this exercise as a quick warm up for my krav maga training...except we do it 60 times!! each time trying to beat the last :(

  • so im on the second week of doing this work out...meaning i just finished my 3rd workout, i need like 2 days rest in between... my time is decreasing each time but fuck ...27min is really impressive
