  • If the Dublin bike scheme passed 2 million journeys on 13th July 2011 that means cyclist broke the law, invaded pedestrians bridges, footpaths and endangered themselves and everyone else at least 8 million time (that being a very conservative estimate). To get to figure of 8 million violations each cyclist would one have to cycle on one footpath, break one light, cross one pedestrian bridge and cycle on one pedestrian street In actual fact they do all those far more times in one journey.

  • well done the supporters of this idea and thumbs down to An Taisce who tried to block it.
