what brand of shochu did you use and was it made from rice?

@Eliseo202 : The alcohol I was used was just labeled 'white liquor' and I am not sure what brand it was. Sorry for not being helpful. I am sure that whatever you try it will turn out fine as long as you use white liquor (be it rice or not). A Japanese friend of mine actually told me he used whiskey instead of white liquor which apparently turned out amazing and would easily blow your head off.

@Monarch816 : I kind of added the subtitles to clear up some of the mistakes I was making as well. It would be kind of bad if people were trying to learn from my videos and I was teaching them incorrectly. I myself learned from making this video the difference between 入る and 入れる.

I love　梅酒。

It can make also from the following.

Plum -> lemon, strawberry, coffee etc.

White liquor -> 日本酒, Vodka, jin, Whisky etc.

氷砂糖 -> 黒砂糖
