@MrMaryJanes well i hope u understand that most people will not grow from 30 minutes of weight lifting a day and eating only vegetables. if what u say is true then u have better genetics for muscle growth then most people. 27lbs of muscle in three months is completely fuckin insane. most people on a powerful cycle probably wont even gain that much muscle. and those who bodybuild 2 or 3 hours a day need to eat animal products for complete amino acids. even then prob wont gain 27lbs of muscle

@Louie212121 I'm not twisting anything. Eating 5000+ calories a day from fruit and greens, I've put on right around 27 pounds of muscle in 3 months. It was actually pretty easy. I only lifted around 30 minutes a day. If you meet your physiological needs you can EASILY put on that much and more. It really just depends on what you put into it. You're right though, no one is going to achieve a massive size naturally..thats what drugs and meat/dairy are for ..you trade your health for looking insane
