I use ScreenFlick for my recording and it doesn't lower the quality from the Slingbox HD as far as I can tell. Are you using Jing or something?

What's so bad about the device? it's worked fine for me.

Wow... were the graphics on the game really that bad????
Gosh.... haven't played the game in a while b/c of WaW but that looks almost as bad as BF2

No, the graphics are graphics in the game are much much better than this. It uses the same engine as WaW, so they are pretty much the same.
The reasons it looks so bad are:
1. Can only use SD with my old slingbox
2. Slingbox degrades quality quite a lot
3. Had to use a screen capture program to record since slingbox encrypts the stream.
