Thanks for this posting. I am going to forward to my niece who is a teenager, overweight and sedentary. She keeps saying she'll come work out with me, but always flakes at the last minute. I'm scared for her health and this video is an eye-opener.

Brian/Diabetes is very manageable, indeed, but you must be very vigilant with meds, exercise and diet. Many chronic diseases are not cureable, but those affected can live very normal lives.

Brian/Sorry this took so long to post. For Type I diabetics, exercising with a glucose level >240, without immediately available insulin, causes an actual increase in sugar levels as the muscles do not process or "uptake" the sugar in the muscles very well.mThis, in addition to the liver producing sugars constantly can causes a dangerous rise in circulating sugar levels.

Hi guys, I´ve been diabetic for almost 12 years now. What I have learned in all this years is that training at the gym makes me feel abs great. My sugar levels are low, my HbA1C is perfect and what makes me feel very confident is that more I train, more I feel one of the rest. Insulin help me but Diabetes is more about your brain. So get out of the coach and run. Great video, thanks for posting this.
