same here. I was way beyond hysterical. I ran out of my room screaming and my mom was like "What?! WHAT?!" and I cried "Romano lost his arm!" and all she could say was "Who?" and the reply was "Mother! THE PRICK!!"

I think this actually fits his character perfectly...he was an unbelievable surgeon but was flawed in many other ways, especially his common sense (homophobia, treatment of other people, etc)

I remember this Episode. But I have just been searching the last episodes of ER on youtube (I didn't watch the last few seasons.... ) I just found out Romano died when a helicopter Fell on him!!!

I'd heard about this scene and always assumed it was some kind of tragic accident, or the chopper swung suddenly, or he fell or something... but no, the idiot just stood up right into the effing tail rotor! WTF?!
