  • I really like your videos, but may I ask why you're always wearing your backpack whilst fidling?

  • I'm guessing your question is in reference to my suspenders. They are side-clip "trucker's suspenders". I also wear one of those hip-pouch things to keep my video camera, bones, etc. handy. Pants pockets are usually full of around 5lbs. of misc. stuff too, so the suspenders really help.

  • Hi Hillar, it is great to see you posting a new version of the Tombigbee Waltz. I like your fiddling.

  • I really like that tune a lot. Later that same evening I played it again at the dance, this time with another fiddler joining in. I just edited and posted that video last night. It seems YouTube won't allow me to post a link to it in this message, but it's on my "catinnahat" YouTube channel.
