Just because it looks bad doesn't mean it is. The economy is getting better.

Central Floida is looking bad too. But you drive by all the Walmart, Target, and Grocery Supermarket and they are pretty much packed with shoppers. I know a lot of people in foreclosure process not paying their mortgage and spending like you wouldn't believe. In some case for over a year.

Wow.
I have been shooting vid of the empty commercial buildings in and around Seattle. What is weird is seeing beautiful brand-new buildings standing empty month after month.
And I counted eight cranes busy building more!!!!!
There are auctions of condos at extremely low starting bids--- and still no takers.

800 square feet isn't much for an office let alone an office park... I think you mean 80, 000 square feet. :)

My husbands from Brooklyn after living there 40 yrs he relocated to Florida, between the hurricanes and the Real estate bubble we left FL & move to Austin TX bought the same house we where renting in Florida that sold for 328,000. the year before it was worth 150,000 I read 20% of mortgages in FL are delinquent scary. How bad is commercial RE doing in Brooklyn my husband was a business owner there we've always thought of moving back and starting a business but things look very bad.

thanks GeoSusan for watching my video. Don't even think about buying a house or starting a business in new york or anywhere for the next 4 to 10 years. Both residential and commercia re are going to plummet for another 3 to 4 years and then flatline... webnews2000
