@sindysmith25: You need to save the image in a JPG or GIF format. I would think it's a PNG currently.
Anyway, put the picture in Paint, Gimp, Photoshop etc (whatever you have) and "save as" as one of those formats. :)

when i go to the website and browse my photo, then i continue, then it says files must be either JPG (JPEG) or GIF.
what does this mean?

cool, but can't you just use Windows paint or photoshop? I haven't made a large poster but I cut then paste then streach to make the picture bigger since the picture has a hole in it I know where I left off. I make pictures smaller so they fit in my wallet also.

When turning photos into posters, resizing them is as easy as making them small. The tough part is formatting them so that they all print out on multiple sheets of paper in the same format. Windows and Photoshop don't natively have that ability.

yeah. that one was for a download. this one is easier seeing as how you don't have to sign up for anything or install anything. i think i'm gonna use it to make a cardboard cut out of myself :-) sounds like another video project!!!
