@brittany1195 yea i just started track and field and im throwing 90-95 and im in eight competing with high schoolers and i made the team
-
@DohertyRobby Heck yes, particularly if you just started. I'm a girl and now REALLY getting the hang of it, been doing it for several months, and I'm only throwing about 88-90 ft (your 30m) froma stand still.
@bigjoe1231000 heck when I was punching only 80 something my coach said I could go 100 or higher with the full turn so I'm pretty sure with your 95 you're gonna get a lot farther. A guy on my track team punches about your distance to 115 & now throws 150 ft consistently with the turn.

@180NateDawg ya ikr i just found a disc for the first time and threw 340' with two fingers. then a shotput came out of the sky and i threw a 95'. are these good? i'm thinking of joining track.
how's that for a youtube claim?
-
Ya I'm throwing 160 with this throw. It's sweet when u get the technic. And u dont need to be super strong.
-
@AdrenalineShuffle u suck lol when i was in 8th grade i threw 130' and im a freshman now and only throwing 85-90' because of the heavier disc
note that he doesnt need to be "strong" as hell to throw far away the discus. He has a lot of tecnics.
