i find this very very confusing. I have read about studies which have cleary proven that carrageenan causes tumorous growths in a percentage of mice tested. I believe it was primarily in the digestive system. It is also known that it causes severe allergic reactions in some people as has already been said. So it can fight hpv but causes other cancer? Just doesn't make sense to me... and they are putting this in everything now...

They should be careful. Some people are highly allergic to this stuff (as I am) and it put me in the hospital after consuming it. I hate that crap with a passion and it tastes like sh*t -- I hate how it makes food slimy.

I hope they get more info on this soon. I read Divine works well in vitro but as of yet, no results for in vivo studies.
We can land on the moon and yet we still can't find a good preventative...

Since this was broadcast, studies in people show it doesn't work for HIV. :( Studies in mice show it probably works great for HPV, though. :)
