i agree tyson shouldn't be in the top 5 greatest heavyweights of all time, but if i'm right in thinking that then neither does holmes. holmes' victims (bonecrusher smith, berbick, gerry cooney tim witherspoon) were tyson's victims also. i can't understand the hype surrounding holmes. must be nostalgia.

When Costamato was in tyson's corner Iron Mike Tyson was easily the best heavy weight ever. No heavyweight was faster none hit any harder and most didn't have the stamina or head movement mike had. People forget he used to destroy the body all anyone remember's of tyson is his after prison fights when he wasn't 40% the fighter he once was. @aitraining Thanks. I actually heard holding unnecessarily is technically a foul. If you see the fight between tyson and Lennox lewis, you'd see the ref penalised lewis for holding, and kept shouting at him each time a lock occurs. If that guy had been the ref in1996 when tyson was still a bit fit, holyfield would have ended up like frank bruno....................-brok­e and retired. You may be right though.

@phceidem No one held more than Muhammed Ali bro. If u want to bring that up, look up the Ali Frazier fights. He was the king of headlock holds - if people have a problem with that. He held Joe for 36 rounds over 3 fights. Evander didn't hold nowhere near Ali. IMO Holyfield was fine and would beat Mike Tyson of they fought 5 more times. Evander never feared Tyson, and Mike could never handle guys who looked him in the eye and went at him. Plus Tyson bit the friggin guys ear. I mean please....
