  • Best, second best...does not mean anything. Experience is what counts. Sabatier has been around for years if not hundred of years. It aslo the prevalent knife is most kitchens. That means something.

  • @ririshow Sabatier aren't even in the top 5.

    Global knives, the Henckels are my personal favourites, and both are always ranked well above Sabatier.
