Don't worry, I've never seen you before this video. When I first saw you I thought you looked like a runner or a triathlete. You look healthy to me. Keep up the exercise and you really just look great to me. Congratulations to you!!

I am owning my new self! Oh Man! the padding issue-- I so get the back bone story! you aren't finished yet-- your body rebounds and resettles in some ways-- Iook forward to seeing you at Christmas! your body is telling you what is best for you!

@TheLaRell You're right. People who are used to knowing us as being big have a hard time thinking of us as being thin. As long as you feel right and your doctor is happy than that's all that matters. Take care.
From here you look like a typical, healthy guy. I started cracking up when you mentioned floating in the water. I was like a floatation device LOL.
170 is about where I need to be, but I would need "plastics" to get there. Take care, Yehuda.

@yalg22 Ha ha yeah. I could be used as a flotation device before too. Now divers could strap me to their belt so they could sink. ha ha Yeah 170 is a really nice weight. I originally set the goal of 195, and then realized I still needed to lose more, so I set the goal of 180, but still wasn't quite happy with that, so I was glad that my body just kept losing on it's own and got me down to where I am now. I have actually been trying to eat a lot to keep from going any lower.

@yalg22 And thanks for reassuring me that I look like a typical healthy guy. Because like I said, when you are told something enough times you start to believe it. I have been worried that maybe I really am starting to look anorexic or sick to people or something. But I try to remind myself that they are all just used to the fat me. All the people I see that didn't know me when I was fat seem to not think I look too thin.
