Big, Black, Newfoundland dog with the looks of a champion! Here is our handsome boy, Tarbearys del basaburua Tuggs from Tarbeary Kennels of North Carolina, at one year and 4 months of age. Tuggs comes from a long line of champions evidenced by the proud manner in which he carries himself. Still maturing and growing every day!
Wow, so handsome!
Newfies just adore the wind, don't they? The chillier, the better :)

@mitsupitsu44 Your baby is indeed beautiful! It's sad though, our babies are taken from us so soon. For me, Moochie is my child. 8-10 years just isn't nearly long enough.

@MsHermette i have a mix between Newfoundland dog,Landseer and bernese mountain dog.
It is a male dog,a stud, very big ,but very sweet. He is 5 years old now,so on the half of his lifespan.

@MsHermette big dogs generally live 8-10 years, any vet can tell you that, but of course there are exceptions, sometimes you here of big dogs being 12 or 14 years of age before they die,but most big dogs(especially the mollosser types) will not gow older then maximum of 10 years

@mitsupitsu44 That surprises me. I'd have thought much longer. I have a seven month old male, and he is just the biggest baby there is. Thank you for your reply.
