This short movie shows me with my father Giosuè cutting an old centennial spruce in order to collect the soundboards for my spruce guitars.
From choosing the right tree in the right moon, to the hand made cutting, until the natural drying process: the secular tree now can give his soul and voice to new-born guitars...

very nice short film, i wish i had the opertunity to go out and select my own spruce log and split it, seems like a magical step for every guitarmaker.
