Brilliant! I miss British manners, well of the older folk. I live in Spain, Malaga, and trust me here there is no manners its head on collision when you walk.
When I moved from the USA to a drive-on-the-left country, I got used to the driving pretty fast, but it definitely took me a while to adjust which side to walk on. I'd veer right and of course the oncoming person would veer to their left, leading to the quagmire (droitwich). Took a long time for me to re-wire that instinct.
I just keep going right, because if they go right too. Most of the times they stop and look at where Im going. (do the tango) But if people are like me but go left, we'll bonk.
