YouTube Downfall...Join in the Protests

YT stuck the ad on it without my approval...kinda like how they are going to stick us with the new layout without our approval. I was not happy when I saw they had the ad but there isn't anything I can do about it short of removing my video and I'm not going to do that.

What the hell is YouTube thinking? YouTube is becoming very heavy handed. They're changing our channels to make them all look the same. Please join in the protest...we want our friends back. We want our channel individuality.

Everybody World Wide should boycott ALL Google platforms (Google Search, Gmail, Youtube, Orkut, Google Chrome and so forth) Starting February 29!!! No need to close your accounts, just don't go there no more!!! Start using other video sites like Vimeo, ChipShack, DailyMotion, JustinTV, BlogTV, to name just a few!!! Pass the word around about this boycott and the alternative video sites that people can use instead of using the sites provided by Google... Know that Google tracks you on Yahoo, too!

@quantumalak I said that for those who don't use it... The vast majority of people never heard of AdBlock Plus and even less of Ghostery... I don't know any of my friends who use it... The bulk of my messages are intended to those people who are not aware... if you use it, that's great and keep up the good work... just don't think that coz you're using it, it automatically means everybody else do as well... coz most people don't, unfortunately ;)

I for one, have had it with TheirTube's new layout and the new privacy policies. If they force these changes then I have no choice but to move on to other alternatives. It's not just the new channel look, they are eroding our freedom & privacy.
