Corruption Rises to the Top - Eli Rivera

On April 14th 2009, I was filming in the second floor lobby of Keene City hall. According to an unsigned document on the wall filming is prohibited. I was arrested and cuffed over a silver bracelet seen in the background.

I dropped to the floor and as they dragged me around the bracelet was cutting into my wrist causing excruciating pain. Eli Rivera, now running for sheriff found this rather amusing, and this video depicts the events that happened before my camera was turned off.

A few months later Activist Kurt Hoffman was taken to the same back room where according to Rivera, he fell while trying to escape. No felony escape charges were ever filed, and according to Hoffman and a witness, Rivera tackled him, putting Hoffman in a wheelchair for several weeks.

Eli Rivera has done more to support some of the very same policies you'd also like to see. But you've antagonized each other so thoroughly, you'll never know it, and he'll never let you know it.

Suffice to say, Sam, you have succeeded in making an enemy where on philosophical grounds, you should have a friend. You seem to have a knack for this.

@dmgoddard There are white supremacists who believe in ending the war on (some) drugs just like Rivera. That doesn't mean I want to ally with them either.

Rivera is a sadist who has shown over and over again, he can't handle the power of his position. I have no interest in placating these people. Abusing people while hiding behind one's honor and integrity is inexcusable.

He certainly has no business being the top law enforcement person in the county.

He hurt me almost a year ago because I forced him to look in the mirror & see what he really is, nothing more than a thug. I always say,Shit runs down hill! It doesnt start at the bottom,It starts at the top! This guy should be in prison! Im tired of these kind of people being above the law,We need to start rallying big,and I mean Huge,100,000,000 people turn out to protest him and people like him to be put in prison! Start doing it 1 person at a time! We need to make examples of them so they have the fear of govt.Just like everyone else!
