Dean and Rachel-Home.

One night, after an attack Sam and Rachel hurry to bring a injured Dean to the hospital, however Rachel is frantic and distracts Sam, who doesn't see the truck coming right at them until it's too late.

Rachel ends up with minor injuries as Dean...lays in a coma. While she waits by his bedside, she thinks back on their relationship and realizes that she is nothing but a distraction to him in his line of work. Sam tries his best to assure her that Dean will wake up, and everything will be okay...but she can't stand the thought of him ever ending up hurt or dead because of her.

So she says her goodbyes and leaves. After she leaves...Dean wakes up, mysteriously. As Sam informs him that she left, he runs after her but is too late. Later on, his father comes to say goodbye, the two brothers are confused as to whats going on, until Sam finds him dead...a few doors down.

An upset and hurt Dean realizes he can't lose another person he loves, and goes out in search of Rachel.
