If one person gets in there who passes information about each bill to the people and allows them to vote and can stand up before the anal retentive ones and say this is how the people of the district vote, others will follow. Yeah, it is with Jimmy Steward only I'm not naive. I know most of them are egocentrical and follow the money instead of what is good for our nation as a whole.
