God, after listening jonny Cash version, this one sounds like a parody to me!
-
Since it is so bad here in America, they can return to Africa any time they want.

This song is truly beautiful...Johnny Cash has a new version of it coming out on his American VI album due out 2/23/10...His version is also amazing...And, it's the best track on the album bar none!!!

The people walk and find no answers. Because there are none to be found.

Hey, I've got a question. Has anyone this great track and is able to send it to me? Would be wonderful, because I LOVE this track. Isn't it soundtrack of the film "Erin Brockovich"? Great film as well!
Wait for answers :-)

Fanaticisms make people do the most inhumane and cruel things, yet have no guilt about it.
It's complete detachment of everything that IS good.
-
This is another great reminder of man's inhumanity to man!
I really like the last scene of the eyes of the person seen through the image of the continent of Africa! Very stark and to the point!

Hey Neil,
As long as people can change, the world can change!

as always, brilliance my friend
Thought the more proper sequence would have been a choice between Hillary and perhaps Mitt Romney or Ron Paul-- with a younger candidate for prez, Paulin as VP might have flown. Folks wouldn't have looked at her as negatively as they did because of MCCain's age & likelihood of her having to take over the reins. Hillary should have (and I feel would have) picked Obama as VP. She could have served 8 years. He could then step in and run for another 8 yrs--he's certainly young enough for that.

I don't see why people turned on Palin. Top Rep aids leaked negative info on her. They rolled her out wrong. She knew all along that she just needed to be herself. I think everyone knows, she wasn't the reason McCain didn't win. She only added votes to the ticket.

This is what i beleive.
Usually to become president you have to be a bastard, you have to the be the capitalist of capitalists.
obama for me is a grey area,
yes he is the first *hopefully hell make it to office* president.
That in itself will inspire people, even if he sucks there is kind of a message there.
he also has a more interesting background than most, he isnt born from money.
however he still follows suit on the whole religion thing.. but since he is unique ill be openminded

Once again, excellent comment, my friend. There is a large area of thought, we both share.
