Crazy how they used to make those ships entirely by hand

@Sumarus Yeah Yeah - shut up arrogant ass. Want to compare degrees and how many patents - fine with me -cool - at least someone paid attention in English diagramming sentence class. This is a creative piece and who ever made it spent some serious time piecing this together. Congrats on the person who made this - I think the guys from Styx would love it!!!

this is ironic...but I love it!

Nice concept but the editing could have matched the music better. For example, save the fight scenes for the middle, rock and roll part of the song. Your editing for the ballad part of the song was mostly well-done but the combat was visually jarring seeing it with the softer music. Still, it is a nice idea for a video.

Possessive noun at the beginning by the way. Should be "Pirate's Style"
denChemiker 1 year ago
@denChemiker Actually, no, "Pirate's" would be singular, this isn't the style of one pirate. I get your point, but it would be many, and therefore "Pirates' " in the plural possessive.
Also, this is in the style of the movie "Pirates of the Caribbean", and therefore is a simple abbreviation of the movie title.
Additionally, as much as I prefer to uphold the 'standards' of the English language, any language is in a constant state of flux and evolution.

@denChemiker
It is clear from the opening phrase what the intended meaning is, and so it can be argued my the illiterate and the academic alike that no apostrophe is necessary. The apostrophe was originally invented by the printing presses to make meanings clearer where intended meanings were ambiguous, and so only to clear up confusion.
So, may I ask where you graduated from with your English degree?
