  • you thing one of these in a custome ported box would beat like hell?

  • @bub1360 yeah, i guess. i've just tried in a sealed box, and that sounded really crazy, so i would guess that a ported box would give those longer bassnotes, and obviously a lot more "vibration" all around the car! :) so it should sound quite nice, i guess! ;)

  • Those ported? i was thinking of replacing the 4 KFC-W3011's witj four of these they look great n think they would sound good in my truck too.

  • I chose to use a sealed box, since i like it when the kick is a bit stronger. But if you use ported boxes for these subs, you'll get an extremely nice bass sound!
