I bought this guitar for $10 at a yard sale, it was made sometime in the 20's or 30's, the sound isin't the greatest and I left my mistakes in, but it's still a classic song. Tuned to open D.

  • Well i woke up this morning, came to your video via mine. Really great man ! It will change my day. (I'm waiting for a resonator from my dealer...)

  • Thanks for the comment,

    BTW what kind of resonator?

  • good stuff, but you have to have an alternating bass line to always be constant,

  • Yeah but it's sooo hard lol

  • great playing! what tuning are you using in this? im trying to learn playing slide guitar.

  • Great guitar for this style of song!!!

  • Nice guitar to come across at a yard sale for $10! Makes it all the better. Sounds good. The mic on most cameras are omnidirectional. You will see a big difference in the quality of your recorded sound if you make sure to point that sound hole right at the camera. Happy Holidays! Enjoy.

  • oh! grazie! that's blues, indeed! maybe the guitar, but not your fingers are 10$ worth!

  • Cannot express in words how happy this video has made me!! badass work! Do you think bwj stuff is easier to play if the action is really high?

  • Nice one. We'll have to post our version sometime. Rich plays slide resonator & high vocals, I do low vocals and a basic accompaniment but very much this (original) style. Don't know where Jorma got his very different version from ...

  • That's pretty badass

  • That's a fender fr50 black. not a square neck. I'm french, it takes more time to get it. I have to wait ten days more before hold it in my hands. I'm an old blues young fan. your playing changes my vision. That's great. thanks for your feeling. And keep it cool...
