okay first; learn how to write in proper english please, and second; stop over reacting it's a television show which happens to be a Comedy, and third; "Teri Hatcher" didn't say hey can I say this in the premiere of DH, no a writer told her to say it, its her job to read what it says on the paper so the title should say "Marc Cherry Insult on Filipino Doctors".

My Understanding is that many Filipino Physicians & Nurse's have to retake the Re-Certification tests to American standards because in the Phillipines it's different then in USA. Even to become School Teachers they must retake the test. If they are good they should pass the exam. If not they have to study like everyone else. I think there may be some truth to that statement. Anyway I asked a Filipino what are there country roots. Many don't know but they're named after Phillip of Spain.
