Jenn and Matt are best friends from college who are now in their thirties. Single by choice, Jenn spends her days teaching hot yoga and running errands for her boss. Matt suffers from comic-book writer's block and can't get over his ex-boyfriend. They decide to fulfill a youthful promise to have a child together... the old-fashioned way. Can they navigate the serious and unexpected snags they hit as they attempt to get their careers and dating lives back on track in preparation for parenthood? "Gayby" is an irreverent comedy about friendship, growing older, sex, loneliness, and the family you chose.

How is recognizing bisexual people going to put us back in the stone age? I don't look at gay, straight, or bi as "lifestyle choices". To me, they're definitions. By definition, if you can "choose" to have sex with a woman, you aren't gay. Gay means you don't have a choice. You're born that way, just like people are born straight or bi. I'm gay. There is a really disturbing bi-phobia that is going on in our own community. There should be no shame in owning the word "bi".

This is beyond stupid. Don't label that character as gay, please. If he can have sex with a woman (and a few times apparently), then he falls within the wide spectrum of bisexuality. Bisexuality exists, people. 0% is straight, 100% is gay...everything in between is Bi. The idea that despite being "gay", he can do it with her just because "he's a man" and men can stick it in anything is insulting to gay people (because it isn't a choice), and men in general. Definitely will be skipping this.
