Ok Jay,
I only need one round of funding at 75k. I created my business plan to only need one round of funding because my software actually creates 800 well paying jobs in America that can never be outsourced. And after one year we should be making great money based on my projections. With that said should I offer more of a percentage to attract my Angel investor maybe 30% or 40%. Or should I just keep peddling my 15%-20%?
