@ff7ACsucks The company Toriyama worked for threatened to not pay him if he didn't come up with new content. That's pretty much the only reason why we have Majin Buu.
Also, he works on the art for the Dragon Quest games, doesn't he?

@ff7ACsucks Thats because he doenst own the chrono franchise. His studio (Bird Studio) was call'd to make the artwork (just like in blue dragon and Dragon Quest series).

There should be a downloadable version of this for the Wii/PS3/XBOX360... you could animate a lot of scenery, too, like when you first see 12k BC up in the air, or the fight against Dalton, or some of the stuff in the opening in more detail, like Marle disappearing. That was really freaky to look at.
