Riding all around the streets
Four o'clock and they're all asleep
I'm not tired and it's so late
Moving fast everything looks great

My white bicycle
(My white bicycle)
My white bicycle
(My white bicycle)

See that man, he's all alone
Looks so happy but he's far from home
I ring my bell and smile at him
Then I go by his rubbish bin

My white bicycle
(My white bicycle)
My white bicycle
(My white bicycle)

The rain comes down but I don't care
The wind is blowing in my hair
Seagulls flying in the air

My white bicycle
(My white bicycle)
My white bicycle

(My white bicycle)

Lift up both hands, his head in disgrace
Shines no light upon my face
Through the darkness, we still see
My white bicycle and me

My white bicycle
(My white bicycle)
My white bicycle
(My white bicycle)

Policeman shouts but I don't see him
They're one thing I don't believe in
He'll find some judge but it's not leaving

My white bicycle
(My white bicycle)
My white bicycle
(My white bicycle)

My white bicycle
(My white bicycle)
My white bicycle
(My white bicycle)

  • Lots of wrong lyrics

Should be, "Then I knock over his rubbish bin."

Should be, "Lamppost hangs his head in disgrace. Shines no light upon my face"

Should be, "He'll find some charge, but it's not thieving."

  • @JohnR219 apologies :) just found them online and assumed they were right!

  • I thought it was something 2 do with the Paris riots where the resistance all rode White bikes as a code.or it was in Poland.

  • the best song to accompany me thru my ride on my white fixie.

  • "Through the darkness, we still see

My white bicycle and me" :)))

  • My White Bicycle - Tomorrow [England] - 1967 - "BEST bicycle riding song period. Their songwriting was accomplished, with adroit harmonies, psychedelic guitar HOOKS, and adventurous structures and tempo changes." - Uncut: Acid Daze-2003. NOTE: In the early days of British psychedelia, three bands were consistently cited as first-generation figureheads of the London-based underground sound: 'Pink Floyd', 'Soft Machine', and 'Tomorrow'. Song is about the free white bikes that are used in London.
